Installation Procedure

1.product (body : back side)
2.black plastic sheet

The black sheet is easily broken, so please handle it with care.

Align the bottom edge of the black sheet with the tiers on the bottom edge of the body, as shown in the image above.
  • The red line in the above image is a reference point for tape.
  • You can increase the number of tape application points, but avoid applying to the bottom edge of the hole in order to drain the water.
  • Before applying the tape, decide where to apply it on the back of the product, and then paint, polish, or apply primer.
  • Please apply in such a way that it is difficult for rainwater to enter from the top to the inside.
  • Please apply the tape in such a way that the black sheet will not come off (co-attach)
  • Wash and degrease the body mounting surface before applying.
(The photo shows only the right side of the body. Be sure to align with the left side of the body at each step of the process)
Apply masking tape and stroke the press lines with a pencil. (500C except for this step.)
Cut two sheets of 8-15mm wide masking tape about 10mm beforehand and stick them along the press line.
Do the same thing on the left side and stick it in the same position.
Apply a piece of masking tape about 10mm wide to the edge, and apply it to the left side in the same position.
  • Please check in advance that it can be applied perfectly and without gaps.
  • Please be careful not to change the position of the adhesive on both sides.
  • Look around the gluing surface and confirm that there are no peeling or lifting, and then leave it for at least 24hours.
  • Check for any looseness after each operation.

Tools to use

  • Marking pencils
  • Masking tape (8 to 15mm wide)
  • Double-coated adhesive tape (3M Hi-Tack double-coated adhesive tape, 1.2mm thickness recommended)
  • Primer (3M PAC Primer N-200 is recommended)
  • Car wash tools
  • Isopropyl alcohol

CAUTION

  • This product is a left and right hand set
  • This product has a few pinholes. Please fill in the holes before painting.
  • This product has not been painted, so please paint it before use.
  • Painting the localized areas (especially around the holes) requires skill and equipment. Please consult with your local factory or other specialists beforehand. (we have not tested this product with can sprayers or simple equipment.
  • This product is designed for exclusive use by the car model, so please do not install it in other models. Please follow the installation method specified by us.
